HijackThis or Hijack This prevents the Browser - Hijacking.
Browser hijacking is nothing more than a kidnapping (of spyware or adware) of your browser. Your home site will be changed and refers to (sometimes) dangerous sites. HijackThis analyze's your system and shows you all the entries on your system. All dangerous entries can simply with a ticking and a clicking be removed, but some entries are trustworthy, thats why you should always consult a specialist and send him your "logfile" so he can search for you for dangerous items and you can delete them.
